In Popular Music has played or recorded with; Paul Young, Nik Kershaw, Lewis Taylor, Leo Sayer, Belinda Carlisle, Atomic Kitten, Tom Jones, Donna Summer, 911 (Lee Brennan), Mark Almond, Vic and Bob, Rose Royce, The Trammps, Ex- Genesis guitarist Steve Hackett, Robbie Macintosh, Odyssey, David Benoit, Elkie Brooks, Gail Ann-Dorsey and Gloria Gaynor. In Classical Music; Evelyn Glennie, John Williams, R.P.O, L.S.O, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.

In Jazz: John Dankworth, N.Y.J.O, Jim Mullen, Barbara Thompson, Dick Pearce, Nigel Hitchcock, Dave O’Higgins, Sax Appeal, Mornington Lockett, Jacqui Hicks, Dick Morrissey and many others. Phil appears with many US groove Jazz Artists’s visiting the UK including Saxophone star Nelson Rangell, Guitarists Chris Standring, Jeff Golub, Mark Antoine, Peter White and Atlantic Records drumming legend Bernard ‘Pretty’ Purdie.
